If you’re a business and have placed an order for a custom QR code, keyring, logo, or magnet, please email us at 3dfreathy@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number
  
• A photo of your QR code or logo (if required)
  
• Your business name
  
• Any text you'd like included on your order (if required)
  

Please note: For small QR codes (15x15cm), text space is limited due to size constraints — keep wording short and clear.

Once we receive these details, we’ll create a sample preview of your order and send it to you for approval before printing.

All of our items are made to order, and we aim to print and dispatch within 1–2 working days. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, we’ll notify you.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class, and we always retain proof of postage for your peace of mind.

Once you’ve placed your order, please email us at 3dfreathy@gmail.com with your order number and your chosen photo. This helps us match your image to your order and begin the design process. Before we print anything, we’ll send you a sample preview so you can approve the design and be sure you’re happy with it. We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 1–2 working days after receiving your image and approval. If we're experiencing a higher volume of orders, we’ll let you know — but we always work to keep things fast. Once printed, your item will be shipped the next working day via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Clear, high-quality images with good lighting work best for the final result. If you’d like to add names, dates, or any other personal touches, feel free to include that in your email — we love making it just right for you.
